Rebecca Callahan

Executive Director

Rebecca began working for Community AIDS Network in November of 2012.  Rebecca’s fourteen year experience in community corrections and treatment includes positions of Case Manager, Staff Development Specialist, Program Coordinator, Program Administrator and Payroll & Benefits Specialist. She has a BA in Sociology from Kent State University.




Matthew C. Barlet

Support Services Coordinator

Matt joined our agency in the fall of 2014. Matt is a talented professional with over ten years of geographically diverse experience in community volunteerism, team leadership, printing and publishing, customer service, and communication. He has an affinity for fast-paced adaptation to new environments and concepts. Matt graduated in 2014 from Cleveland State University with a B.A. in English. 




Joshua L. Morgan

Outreach & Risk Reduction Coordinator

  Joshua joined our agency in fall of 2013. He has several years of experience in healthcare primarily working with Alzheimer’s and Dementia Residents while managing a staff of thirty direct employees and providing supportive services for family and friends of his residents.  Joshua brings a vast knowledge of customer service and nonprofit excellence to our staff. He has also become an active member of our Teen Pride Network, a volunteer based network for LGTBQ teens and allies.   Joshua graduate in 2013 with a Master of Arts Administration from the University of Akron.



Ida Ashford

Resident Aide

Ida has been a Residence Aid for CANAPI since August, 2006.  She ensures that the Micah House residents comply with the house rules, complete their house duties and responsibilities, and monitors the whereabouts of our residents.
